Short how‑to guides to get the most from Opnomic.
1. Getting Started
- Register your company from the landing page “Get Started”.
- Log in and open the Dashboard to see balances and trends.
- Use the date selector to view totals for day, week, month or year.
2. Adding Data (Incomes & Expenses)
- Go to Incomes or Expenses from the menu.
- Enter name, category, amount and date; click Create.
- Edit or delete existing items from the table at any time.
3. Language & Localization
- Open Profile → select your preferred language (10 languages supported).
- The landing page also offers a quick language switcher in the header.
- Dates display in European format while keeping ISO for calculations.
4. Charts & Forecasts
- Dashboard shows line trends for incomes vs expenses.
- Composition pie compares total incomes and expenses for the period.
- A concise forecast estimates next period based on recent movement.
5. Tips
- Use categories consistently to improve insights.
- Switch ranges (week/month/year) to spot seasonal patterns.
- Set your profile language so PDFs and UI match your locale.
